Our Services – Social Media Support in The Highlands

With almost a decade of ‘hands-on’ experience with social media management, we are expertly placed to help you get the best out of your social media. Our Director, James Beaumont worked at one of Scotland’s first dedicated social media management companies back in 2013, and was there for the rapid evolution of Facebook and Facebook advertising.

We have worked with hundreds of clients over the years, across a huge variety of different industries, and each with a differing approach. We strive to achieve the best results possible for our clients, and don’t believe in tying you in with contracts; it is up to us to deliver results that mean you stay with us. Transparency, honesty and hard work are key to our success.

Social Media Management

If you run a business, you are very unlikely to have the time to dedicate to your social media. We firmly believe that outsourcing social media is the best solution for 9 out of 10 businesses as it instantly frees up time and resources, whilst ensuring a quality online presence. As many of our clients admit, running their social media would be “a full time job” for them!

Furthermore, as the years go by, the social media platforms are becoming increasingly complex as they develop their adverting tools. The days of post once a day on Facebook and maybe give it a ‘boost’ are long gone.

With our social media management service, we take charge of all your social media tasks; we create and post regular high quality content, we manage your online community and we create and manage all the required paid advertising (see below). With this service, you can be completely ‘hands-off’ with your social media and still be safe in the knowledge that it will always be taken care of, garanteed.

Paid Advertising / Consultancy

Paid advertising is our speciality. The majority of our time is now spent creating bespoke campaigns, split testing custom audiences and analysing results. The results that can be achieved from just a modest spend are significant and is absolutely vital to real success on social media.

Whilst quite a few businesses are happy posting two or three times per week on a couple of platforms, the vast majority struggle with the more in-depth paid advertising tools, particualry those found on Facebook. Furthermore, very few realise just how much detail you can go to with paid advertising, and what this can do to boost an online presence.

Below are just a few of the benefits of paid advertising:

  • Promotes significant growth of your online following.
  • Build custom audiences based on demographics, website traffic or engagement on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Compare and test different creative options, audiences, advert placements and more.
  • Work around Facebooks notoriously poor organic reach to regularly engage your existing followers.
  • Track user activity with a Facebook Pixel.
  • Drive traffic to your website – particuarly powerful if you have an ecommerce website.

With our paid advertising and consultancy roles, we work away in the background, utilising a paid advertising budget and overviewing all social media activites. To find out more, please get in touch.

What Social Media platforms do we work on?

Facebook

Facebook is our favourite platform, and for good reason. It is the most popular social network world-wide with over 800 million active users, and offers a fantastic paid advertising service that can be used to push your content out to thousands and thousands of potential customers.

These adverts can be targeted specifically so that you will receive a far greater return than from any other form of advertising.

Twitter

People are talking about businesses on Twitter- why not be part of the conversation?

Twitter states that 74% of people who follow a brand do so to get product updates, with 72% more likely to purchase a product if they follow you. It is great way of driving customers to your website to increase sales, interacting with other businesses and keeping up with evolving news and trends.

Pinterest

People who use Pinterest are the most engaged of all social media users, and visit the site mainly to find product inspiration with a view to buy. 87% of pinners have bought products they have seen on Pinterest, with 93% using the site to plan future purchases.

With the recent addition of buy-able pins, this platform looks as if it is going to grow and grow in influence.

YouTube

There are now an estimated one billion YouTube users worldwide!

Videos have some of the highest conversion rates and have been cited as one of the biggest trends in social media for 2016. Through using video content you have a fantastic platform to tell your brand’s story in a creative and engaging way.

LinkedIn

Linkedin is now the most important platform for business to business marketers. It has also proven to be the most effective way to launch new products and is fantastic for recruiting new talent for your company.

Instagram

Instagram offers a unique opportunity for businesses to engage with their audience using visual content. Although the platform already has 500 millions users (300 million of whom log in daily) it is still early enough to establish a presence for your brand or even become an influencer.

With a range of filters and photo editing software available, it is possible to create an attractive and unique look for your account which tells the story of your business.
